Breakfast buns with organic goat milk yoghurt and oatmeal

Preheat the oven to 200°C top and bottom heat. Lay out a baking tray with baking paper.
Put the spelt flour, rye flour, oat flakes, baking powder and salt in a bowl and mix.
Form a hollow in the center and add the organic goat milk yogurt together with the honey and olive oil.
Form the sticky dough into 8 small balls using two spoons and place them on the prepared baking sheet with some distance to each other. Sprinkle with oat flakes.
Bake at the same temperature in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
