Sheep Milk is characterized by a velvety and full-bodied taste with a slight almond flavour and is very creamy in its consistency. Due to the natural sweetness, Sheep Milk is particularly suitable for coffee and Tea.
Why Sheep Milk is so special
Sheep were domesticated long before the demanding cattle and the Sheep Milk has long been a part of the human diet. Already the pastoral peoples of antiquity appreciated the frugal sheep and saw Sheep Milk as an important food source. Also interesting: Yogurt was originally made only from Sheep Milk.
Sheep Milk is particularly easy to digest due to the high proportion of medium-long fatty acids and is therefore particularly suitable for babies and toddlers.
