Marinated goat cheese

Serves 4 persons

200g fresh goat cream cheese
1 lemon
1 small paprika
3 tablespoons olive oil
Pepper or chili powder

Put the goat cream cheese on a soup plate. Cut out one slice of the lemon because you will need it in the end. Squeeze the rest of the lemon and pour the juice over the cheese. Cut the paprika into small cubes and spread them over the cream cheese. Drip the olive oil on it and spice up with pepper or chili. Let in refrigerator for 1 or 2 hours.
Right before serving, garnish with athe slice of lemon and chives.
Serve with fresh white bread.
