Fresh goat cheese with tomato slices

Serves 4

2 packages fresh goat cream cheese
4 tomatoes
Few thyme
Salt, pepper


Cut the tomatoes into slices, but not too thin. So the goat cream cheese too. Share them out on 4 plates, preferably should every slice of tomatoe be on the plate with a slice of cheese. Spice up with enough salt and pepper. Top with a fresh sprig of thyme or strew dried thyme over it. Who loves thyme should feel free to use it generously.
Bake in the microwave or in a preheated oven for 3-10 minutes, the cheese should melt slightly.
Served with french bread its a quick dinner or a light lunch in the summer. You may adjust the quantities according to hunger, of course.
