Chili Pasta with Fresh Goat Cheese

Serves 4 persons

300g fresh goat cream cheese
500g pasta
2 Chili peppers
1 bunch chives
6 tablespoons olive oil
Salt, pepper


Prepare the pasta according to package instructions in salted water until al dente. Meanwhile, halve the chili peppers, remove seeds, wash and cut into thin strips. Clean the chives, dap them dry and cut into little pieces. Broadly part the goat cream cheese with a fork.
Fry the chili cubes in hot oil for 2 or 3 minutes. While pouring of the pasta catch about 100 ml water you used to cook them. Mix that water with 1/3 of the cheese until its smooth. Spice this mixture with the fried chili, chives, salt and pepper and mix with the pasta. Right before serving add the rest of the cream cheese.
