Baked goat cheese - 2 Variations

Serves 6

200g fresh goat cheese
3 slices bacon
6 tablespoons honey
1 bunch chives
2 teaspoons rosemary
1 teaspoon sugar

Mix up honey and sugar. Split the cream cheese into 12 equal sized pieces. Cut the bacon slices each into two pieces to get 6. Wrap the bacon each around one of 6 cheese slices and tie up with chives. The other 6 cheese slices completely cover with honey and sprinkle rosemary on it. Bake them at 220 degrees on top heat and put them relatively high into the oven, about 10 cm beneath the heaters. Wait until the honey adequately bubbles. Remove them from the oven and cool briefly, so the honey is able to solidify.
